The menu at 1906 highlights seasonal fruits, vegetables and meats, bringing the freshest ingredients to our guests and features local specialties like the Longwood Gardens Mushroom Soup and the Shellbark Hollow Farms Goat Cheese Omelet. 1906 features a comprehensive wine list including red, white, and sparkling sold by the bottle as well as the glass. A handful of wines are from local vineyards in the Pennsylvania region. The restaurant also features a collection of specialty cocktails including the 1906, a mix of Champagne, Creme de Cassis and Chambord.
